What to include

To help us solve a problem quickly, please tell us:

• which tool you were using (Merge, Split, Compress or Image to PDF);
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone;
• any error message you saw.

Please do not send private documents by email. We never need your files to fix a problem, because the tools run on your own device.
